Yoga parks के जरिए घर घर पहुंचेगा योगा

The Ministry of AYUSH is encouraging Panchayats, RWAs, and corporates to join the Yoga Park Portal initiative. The program aims to convert sections of public parks into Yoga and Wellness Centers, promoting community health, wellness, and active CSR participation.

देशभर में योग को जन-जन तक पहुंचाने और स्वस्थ जीवनशैली को बढ़ावा देने के उद्देश्य से आयुष मंत्रालय ने ‘योग पार्क पोर्टल’ पहल को गति दी है। इस अभिनव अभियान के तहत पंचायतें, रेजिडेंट वेलफेयर एसोसिएशन (RWA) और कॉर्पोरेट संस्थान अपने क्षेत्र के पार्कों के एक हिस्से को ‘योग और वेलनेस केंद्र’ के रूप में विकसित कर सकेंगे।

आयुष मंत्रालय का मानना है कि सार्वजनिक पार्कों को योग गतिविधियों के लिए समर्पित स्थानों में बदलकर समुदाय स्तर पर स्वास्थ्य जागरूकता को बढ़ावा दिया जा सकता है। इस पहल से लोगों को अपने घरों के नजदीक नियमित योग अभ्यास की सुविधा मिलेगी, जिससे शारीरिक और मानसिक स्वास्थ्य दोनों को लाभ होगा।

मंत्रालय के अनुसार, योग पार्क पोर्टल विभिन्न हितधारकों को एक साझा मंच प्रदान करता है, जहां वे योग केंद्रों के विकास और संचालन के लिए सहयोग कर सकते हैं। पंचायतें और स्थानीय निकाय अपने क्षेत्र में उपलब्ध पार्कों की पहचान कर उन्हें योग गतिविधियों के लिए चिन्हित कर सकते हैं, जबकि आरडब्ल्यूए स्थानीय निवासियों की भागीदारी सुनिश्चित कर सकते हैं।

कॉर्पोरेट क्षेत्र के लिए भी यह पहल महत्वपूर्ण अवसर लेकर आई है। कंपनियां अपनी कॉर्पोरेट सोशल रिस्पॉन्सिबिलिटी (CSR) गतिविधियों के तहत योग पार्कों के विकास में योगदान दे सकती हैं। इससे एक ओर जहां वे सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य सुधार में अपनी भूमिका निभा सकेंगी, वहीं दूसरी ओर उन्हें सकारात्मक ब्रांड पहचान और सामाजिक सरोकारों से जुड़ने का अवसर भी मिलेगा।

विशेषज्ञों का मानना है कि योग पार्कों का नेटवर्क विकसित होने से प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के ‘स्वस्थ भारत’ और ‘फिट इंडिया’ के विजन को नई मजबूती मिलेगी। साथ ही, यह पहल योग को दैनिक जीवन का हिस्सा बनाने और लोगों को स्वस्थ जीवनशैली अपनाने के लिए प्रेरित करेगी।

आयुष मंत्रालय ने नागरिकों, स्थानीय संस्थाओं और कॉर्पोरेट जगत से इस राष्ट्रीय अभियान में सक्रिय भागीदारी की अपील की है, ताकि देशभर के पार्कों को योगमय बनाकर हर नागरिक के लिए बेहतर स्वास्थ्य और कल्याण सुनिश्चित किया जा सके।
