  1. भू‍म्यामलकी (Phyllanthus niruri)
    इसे लीवर टॉनिक के रूप में जाना जाता है। यह हेपेटाइटिस और फैटी लीवर जैसी समस्याओं में उपयोगी माना जाता है।
  2. कुटकी (Picrorhiza kurroa)
    कुटकी लीवर को साफ करने और पित्त संतुलित करने में मदद करती है। आयुर्वेद में इसे शक्तिशाली हेपेटो-प्रोटेक्टिव औषधि माना गया है।
  3. गिलोय (Tinospora cordifolia)
    गिलोय इम्यूनिटी बढ़ाने के साथ-साथ लीवर फंक्शन को सुधारने में भी सहायक है।
  4. कालमेघ (Andrographis paniculata)
    इसे “किंग ऑफ बिटर” कहा जाता है। यह लीवर डिटॉक्स और संक्रमण से बचाव में उपयोगी है।

क्यों ज़रूरी है लीवर की देखभाल?

लीवर शरीर का एक महत्वपूर्ण अंग है, जो विषैले पदार्थों को बाहर निकालने, पाचन में मदद करने और ऊर्जा को स्टोर करने का काम करता है। खराब लाइफस्टाइल, शराब का सेवन और जंक फूड लीवर पर नकारात्मक प्रभाव डालते हैं।

वैद्य एम डी त्रिपाठी के अनुसार, इन जड़ी-बूटियों का सेवन सही मात्रा और चिकित्सकीय सलाह के साथ करना चाहिए। प्राकृतिक होने के बावजूद इनका अधिक उपयोग नुकसानदायक हो सकता है।
