The weather is changing and the risk of viral fever is highest in this changing season. In such a situation, it is most important that you avoid this disease and increase your immunity. But, to avoid any disease, it is also important to have the right information about it. For example, people often have questions about viral fever, why it happens again and again. In this, how you should eat and whether or not you should take a bath in viral fever.

  1. Why does viral fever occur again and again??

Dr. Gaurav Jain explains that cases of viral fever increase during the rainy season. This fever can also spread from an infected person. Viral fever occurs again and again when infected with the virus. In fact, viral fever increases rapidly in people with weak immunity and it mostly occurs in children and the elderly. There is a constant fever in it and fever also comes with cold. During infection, the virus mutates and there is a possibility of re-infection. Therefore, the same person can get viral fever again and again.

  1. Should you take a bath in viral fever or not??

In viral fever, it is very important to have the right information about whether to bathe or not to bathe or how to take a bath or keep some kind of cleanliness. In such a situation, you should understand that cleanliness is very important and therefore the body should be kept clean with lukewarm bath for viral fever soap. This will also make you feel a little better mentally during fever.

Apart from all these things, experts say that viral fever should be seen immediately by the doctor and do not try to cure it by taking medicine at home because by doing so, it can last for a long time. However, you can take hot water, ginger tea, decoction and steam etc. in defense. These home remedies will make you feel better but it does not reduce fever and in such a situation treatment is needed.
