frequent body pain? आजकल खराब दिनचर्या के कारण बहुत सारे लोगों को बार बार बिना किसी कारण के शरीर में दर्द होता है। आयुर्वेद की दृष्टि से केवल “दर्द” नहीं, बल्कि दोष असंतुलन (खासतौर पर वात दोष) का संकेत माना जाता है।

आयुर्वेद के अनुसार शरीर में होने वाले अधिकांश दर्द का मुख्य कारण वात दोष की वृद्धि है।

आयुर्वेद क्या कहता है?
वात दोष बढ़ने पर दर्द

जोड़ों में दर्द

मांसपेशियों में खिंचाव

कमर, गर्दन या घुटनों में पीड़ा

सूखा, चुभन या चलायमान दर्द

कारण:

ठंडा, सूखा भोजन

देर रात तक जागना

तनाव

गैस, कब्ज

अधिक यात्रा या शारीरिक कमजोरी

आम (टॉक्सिन) बनने से दर्द

अगर पाचन ठीक नहीं है तो शरीर में “आम” (अधपचा विष) बनता है, जो जोड़ों और मांसपेशियों में जमा होकर दर्द करता है।
इसे आयुर्वेद में आमवात कहा गया है।

अभ्यंग (तेल मालिश)
तिल या सरसों के तेल से रोज हल्की मालिश

वात को शांत करता है

मांसपेशियों को पोषण देता है

गर्म पानी और सादा भोजन

गुनगुना पानी पीएं

हल्का, सुपाच्य भोजन करें

अदरक, हल्दी, लहसुन शामिल करें
त्रिफला और दशमूल

त्रिफला पाचन सुधारता है

दशमूल काढ़ा वात कम करता है
(आयुर्वेदाचार्या की सलाह से लें)
