Follow these home remedies to get relief from burning sensation and pain in eyes due to Eye Flu

Even though the arrival of monsoon brings relief from the scorching heat, the fear of many serious diseases increases during this season. Cases of eye infection are being reported daily in many states including Delhi. People of every age group are suffering from eye flu, there are some home remedies to get rid of it, by doing which you can get relief from the burning sensation, pain and watery problem caused by flu. Let’s know the home remedies told by Swami Ramdev for eyes.

How to keep eyes healthy always?

To keep the eyes healthy, add rose water at least 4 to 5 times a week. Put one to two drops of rose water in both the eyes and then keep the eyes closed for 5 minutes.
Eyes should be washed several times a day with clean water. By doing this, the fear of infection is reduced.
To bring coolness to the eyes, keep potato pieces on the eyes.
You can also keep cucumber pieces on the eyes to relax the eyes. By doing this you will feel fresh.
Boil 5 to 6 leaves of basil rich in antibacterial properties in 2 glasses of water. After this, after filtering them, when the water cools down, clean the eyes with it. Doing this will reduce the problem of infection.

To make the eyes healthy, you have to make a drop at home. To make this, 1 teaspoon white onion juice, 1 teaspoon ginger and lemon juice, 3 teaspoon honey, amla juice and 3 teaspoon rose water will be required. Mix all together and fill in a clean bottle. Put two drops of this drop in the eyes in the morning and evening.
