The combination of three important Ayurvedic herbs – Amlaki (Amla), Bibhitaki (Bahera), and Haritaki (Chenulik Myrobalan) is a blend known as Triphala. Triphala improves bowel movements, cleanses the digestive system and flushes out toxins from the body. For better results, you can take a teaspoon of Triphala powder with warm water just before bedtime.

Castor oil

Castor oil is rich in natural fatty acids that lubricate the intestines, making it easier to pass stools. You can take castor oil in the morning by mixing it in a cup of warm milk.
