Diseases caused by lack of water: Water deficiency can affect many organs of the body. It not only causes dehydration but also affects blood circulation, liver and kidney function.   1. UTI Infection-

Lack of water can cause UTI infection. Actually, water helps to flush out harmful bacteria along with balancing the temperature, pH in the body. But, when there is a shortage of water, all these three things are affected and harmful bacteria start accumulating in the bladder and they cause infection in the urinary tract.

  1. Kidney stone problem

The problem of kidney stones can be caused by lack of water. Actually, when there is a lack of water in the body, kidney function is affected. Toxins are not cleared in the kidneys. Due to this, they start accumulating and taking the form of stones and then stick to the kidneys.

  1. Tremors

Caesar or tremor disease is caused by the lack of electrolyte in the body. When there is less water, the electrical function of the body is affected because the circulation of minerals through the blood is affected. In such a situation, sodium and potassium do not reach the brain properly, due to which the communication between the brain and the body is disturbed and shocks occur.

  1. Low BP problem

The problem of low BP may be linked to lack of water. When you drink less water, blood circulation is not done properly and the speed of pumping blood by the heart also slows down. Apart from this, water acts as a holder for blood and circulates throughout the body with it. So when there is a shortage of water, BP remains low.

  1. Joint pain

Joint pain begins with friction between joints and is caused by a lack of moisture between the joints. In such a situation, when there is a lack of water, there is also a lack of hydration in the body and friction between joints increases. This can cause joint pain. So, for all these reasons, you should avoid water shortage. So, drink 8 glasses of water every day and stay healthy.
